John Bragg 19 Midway (S) Marblehead, Hill I am copy/pasting my US commanders list so you can see what I am talking about: The tier 8 and 10 CVs will recieve two captains each, one for the current strike meta, and one that will be set up with the new AS skills on the tree, to test and see if they work. Every other captain has a tech tree ship they will be assigned to, and next to it, any premiums they may also command, although that will be only for some of my top captains. Any captain I have that is under 6 points and not a special event captain, like the ARP captains, will be dismissed for ECXP, either immediately or whenever I earn enough credits when I run short. I created a document with all my captains and what I plan on doing with them. Looking forward to your answers as we all prepare.

So, with the new captain skills upgrade coming in the next patch, I wanted to ask the community their thoughts on best practices on how to retrain, dismiss & update their new skills for current sets of captains.
